Everyone has good days and bad days at work, and some days can feel like a real uphill struggle, however if you are feeling like this every day then something really needs to be done about it.
Some times in a working environment procedures can change and job roles can be altered without much notice being given to the employee, this can mean that you are left feeling that you don’t know how to do your job and you’re missing targets and deadlines. The worse thing that you can do in this situation is to bury your head in the sand for fear of asking for help.
It’s far more productive to try to recognise the issue and approach your manager with an idea of a solution, for example you could say to them “I really feel that some additional training in (blank) area would increase my work efficiency and help to motivate me to do the job role to the best of my ability”. Don’t ever be afraid to ask for some help at work, a good manager will appreciate that you are striving to be the best that you can be for the company.
