A lot of young people, most in fact, have difficulty finding something that they want to do for the rest of their life. Often times, this is because they have very little understanding of how they behave and who they are; which is something a PPA, or personal profile analysis can help you with.
A PPA will give you an idea of how you’ll respond in a work environment, and within which type of structure you’ll be able to thrive and hopefully advance your career.
It uses four different values to create a picture of your behaviour; Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. By determining where you fit on a spectrum for all four of these areas, they can begin to determine how you’ll fit into a workplace, how you’ll react in a stressful situation, and what you’re ideal working environment will be.
It is important that with any of these types of assessments, you don’t think that they’re completely accurate, as they never will be; but they can be illuminating, and give you good information about career options.
