A graduate job is your assurance that a position will be stretching, in depth and thorough – not the kind of position where you will be left without anything to do, and where the standard of work is going to get boring quite quickly for you. Graduate jobs are usually open to students who have recently graduated from a university, and they can offer you excellent career advancement.
How to find graduate opportunities
You can search for graduate jobs using the internet, finding training programmes and roles that appeal to you. If you find you have a good level of experience already, you may also be able to use this to enhance your application.
You can also work with a recruitment agency that specialises in student recruitment and graduate roles. Send in your CV or talk to a recruitment consultant about the positions they have. Once you are registered, a consultant will call you when new graduate roles come up.
