If you are looking to train for another role or to work within another industry then you may struggle to find the time to do it. Many people who are already working full time feel that they cannot train for another job without leaving their current position. For many people, this is simply not possible as they still need to have a decent income to meet their current financial commitments.

If this is the case for you then you may need to look at studying in the evenings and weekends. If it is an extra qualification that you need then you may be able to do a course at a local college or even complete one of the Open University courses on offer.

If it is experience you need then you may need to think about dropping down part time to allow you time to work in another role.
